Magnetic Mattress Pads Research Study

The mattress pads used in this study were typical full-size pads containing 124 permanent ferrite magnets with magnetic field strengths of 750–950 gauss each. The pads themselves were made of two sheets of felt with the magnets sandwiched between them. The felt sheets were then wrapped in a cloth cover.

The total number of subjects of this double-blind clinical experiment was 431 (216 male, 215 female). 375 subjects were given the magnetic pads, and 56 were given non-magnetic pads. None of the 431 subjects knew which pad they were sleeping on.

Subjects selected for the experiment were those with chief complaints related to:

  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Back and lower back pain
  • Back pain (general)
  • Lower limb pain
  • Insomnia
  • Fatigue

To determine the presence of any side effects, blood pressure, hemoglobin, number of erythrocytes, and number of leucocytes were examined before and after the use of the mattress pads. Blood sedimentation, TP, COL, ALP, GOT, GPT, Na, and K were also examined, along with functions of the kidneys, liver, pancreas, and the entire circulatory system.

Results

Out of 375 total subjects with symptoms, 301 (80.27%) reported positive results, while 74 (19.73%) reported no results.

Time of Response

The percentage of subjects who realized the effect within 3 days:

Symptom Response Within 3 Days (%)
Neck and shoulder pain 46.9%
Back and lower back pain 50.0%
Back pain 38.7%
Lower limb pain 54.4%
Insomnia 64.3%
Fatigue 57.8%

Out of 375 subjects, 200 (53.3%) realized the effects within 3 days, and over 70% within 5 days.

Conclusion

Dr. Shimodaira’s conclusion from this year-long study conducted in three of Japan’s foremost hospitals:

“The magnetized health mattress pad is proved to be effective on neck and shoulder pain, back and lower back pain, back pain, lower limb pain, insomnia, and fatigue, and to have no side effects.”

Get Clean, Safe Drinking Water with a Countertop Water Filter System from Natural Health Solutions, featuring Magnetic Water Filtration

Though most of us are aware of how important it is to drink enough water every day to ensure a healthy body, the quality of our water is still a major concern. Drinking low-quality or polluted water can have a drastic impact on our health. It can make us sick or vulnerable to a variety of water-borne diseases. Though there isn’t much that we can do about the quality of water we are getting to our homes, we can improve the quality of the water we are drinking by using a good water filter system.

Among various types of water filter systems available, countertop and undercounter designs are the easiest solutions to tap water improvement. They are “point-of-use” water filtration systems that can be installed exactly where you want access to water. Attach them directly to your faucet and you are ready to dispense clean water right in your kitchen. Another good thing about countertop and undercounter water filter systems is that they take up minimal space and do not require extensive plumbing connections to operate. So even if you have limited space in your kitchen, one of these water filter systems can easily fit in.

Countertop and Undercounter Water Filter Systems by the Natural Health Solutions feature Magnetic Water Filtration

Running your water through a strong magnetic field improves the bio-availability and detoxification potential of water. The magnetic field breaks up large clumps of water molecules into much smaller groups, thus making it easier for the water to get into the body’s cells (hydration) and remove toxins (detoxification). Countertop and undercounter water filter systems by The Natural Health Solutions Center feature magnetic water filtration technology to better help you eliminate toxins from your body, thus allowing.

PROTECTING YOU BODY FROM ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FIELDS (EMF’s)

All Electronic communications devices, such as cell phones and WiFi, use pulsing Electromagnetic Fields (EMF’s) to accomplish their communications missions. Unfortunately, these EMF’s have a negative effect on your health. This is largely because of radiation damage to your DNA, which can be significant over time. Also, EMF’s can have a negative effect on your nervous system based on the fact that it works through electrical impulses that can be affected by the EMF’s.

Fortunately, there are effective devices to protect you from your phone’s and computer’s EMF’s and from ambient EMF’s generated by WiFi, Cell phone towers, Self reporting meters, Televisions, and other EMF emitting devices. They usually work through the use Rare Earth materials that generate Low Frequency Fields which your body likes, and which can turn off the toxic effects of the higher frequency devices used in electronic communication. There are also devices or pendants that you can wear that include a Tesla coil that are effective in protecting you from ambient EMF’s that are present in most places we live and work. These can improve your ability to concentrate and increase your energy level as they dramatically reduce the negative (toxic) effects of EMF’s.

One of the ways that we have been able to confirm that these devices work is through Applied Kinesiology, or Muscle Response Testing. When someone uses their cell phone to make a call, their strength is reduced by about 30%. When we apply the protective device to their phone, their strength goes up from their baseline by 30%, providing a 60% swing, thus confirming that the device is of significant benefit. Similarly, for the Protective Pendants and devices that plug into a wall socket to protect about a 1500 sq. ft. area, your strength will increase about 30% once the Pendant is put on, or the device is plugged in vs. prior to that.

Three Sleep-Inducing Ways to Help You Overcome Insomnia

40% of the general population in the US, says the National Institutes of Health. While occasional insomnia isn’t a cause of concern, when it turns chronic, it may require medical attention. Caused by a range of factors, such as anxiety, depression, disturbed sleep cycle, sleep disruptors like caffeine and alcohol, it may take a toll on an individual’s daily life if left unattended. However, a few ways can help you cope with it and get deep sleep, eliminating the need for medication. Let’s look at them:

CBD sleep supplements
You may have heard about CBD being an excellent health booster, but you may not know that it is also effective in improving sleep and reducing excessive daytime sleepiness. While research is still underway, few studies suggest that it helps treat the underlying causes of insomnia, which are primarily anxiety, depression, and pain. As a result, you fall asleep faster. By consuming a restful sleep supplement, you may be able to get deep uninterrupted sleep provided your sleep environment supports it.

Relaxation exercises
Many studies back that progressive muscle relaxation can help calm the body and promote sleep. By systematically tensing and relaxing your body muscles, slowly from head to toe, right before going to sleep, you may fall asleep without any difficulty. Research indicates that by calming your muscles, you may reduce stress and anxiety, which are among the most common causes of insomnia. You can also try breathing exercises or meditation to cope with insomnia along with using CBD sleep supplements.

Physical activity
Performing physical exercise for 30-40 mins at least thrice a week helps improve your sleep quality. When you exercise, your muscles get tired and go through minor wear & tear.

Ways You Can Treat Your Excruciating Feet Pain

Are you struggling with feet pain? Have all sorts of medications and painkillers proven useless for the pain in your feet? Do not worry as The Natural Health Solutions Center is there to ease your feet pain. Since our sole motive is to better people’s health by using natural means, we have developed magnetic products for health such as magnetic foot inserts that will definitely provide relief to you from pain and postural problems.

Before we delve into how magnetic inserts can help you, let’s first take a look at the causes of foot pain. Most feet pain is associated with inflammation of the tendons, bones, or ligaments. Here are some common causes of feet pain.

  •   Septic arthritis
  •   Achilles tendinitis
  •   Ingrown toenails
  •   Plantar fasciitis
  •   Bunions
  •   Flatfeet
  •   Rheumatoid arthritis
  •   Morton’s neuroma
  •   Peripheral neuropathy
  •  Diabetic neuropathy

There are other causes as well such as psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, Achilles tendon ruptures, high heels or poorly fitting shoes, etc. Depending on your cause of foot pain, you can either go for orthotics or inserts.

Orthotics

You can go for orthotics if your foot pain is way too much. The best thing about orthotics is that they can be made as per your feet size, enabling them to fit nicely on your feet and provide maximum support. Orthotics are known for adjusting biomechanical problems in your body and effectively deal with the pain that is caused due to medical problems such as arthritis and diabetes. You can also expect it to better your posture. They can last for as long as 5 years.

Inserts

Foot inserts are created to ease pain in the joints. They are mostly made up of foam, gel, or plastic. You can receive arch support or add cushioning for your whole foot or toes and heel. Unlike orthotics, you cannot get customized inserts made for you. These are perfect for those who experience pain occasionally and are looking for short-term pain relief solutions.

Magnetic Shoe Inserts

These inserts contain static magnets in them. When you use these inserts, your feet and lower legs receive better blood flow and nerve impulses get modified. Not just that, you also get better oxygen flow to the tissues along with lowered acidity of bodily fluids around the magnetized area.

The great thing about magnetic inserts is that they help provide our body cells with key energy. Not a lot of people know this but our bodies build their own magnetic fields. How does this happen? It happens because of massive electrical activity without our cells. The magnetic field that our body creates helps us regulate our basic chemistry. But when a cell is harmed, this regulation process gets hindered. Magnetic field therapy using magnetic inserts re-energizes our cells to continue their functioning.

The Natural Health Solutions Center is an online store for magnetic products for health. Here you can get a magnetic mattress pad, magnet ankle wrap, back and body wrap, magnetic pillow, and many other products at incredible prices. Why Natural Health Supplements Are Better Than The Synthetic Ones

For many people, consuming dietary supplements has become a way of life. In fact, most people are becoming more and more comfortable with the idea of popping a capsule daily, after getting to know of a particular dietary supplement from their physician, dietician, friend, or simply while browsing through social media.

This is not an assumption; according to a survey conducted by CRN in 2017, more than 76% of Americans consume supplements on a regular basis. There is a pervading idea that even if health supplements don’t do anything, at least they won’t cause harm to one’s well-being.

There can be major differences in the quality, bioavailability, and efficacy of supplements, even if the ingredients shown on the bottle are very similar.  Many cheaper, commercially available, supplements are  made from synthetic chemicals that your body cannot use effectively. A better alternative is to take natural health supplements that are made from high-quality, whole foods and organic ingredients.

Natural health supplements have many different health benefits. In addition to boosting your energy, they can strengthen your muscles, bones, and joints, as well as enhance the functioning of your immune system.  This last ability is particularly important now in keeping you safe during the Corona Virus Pandemic. But that’s not all; they can also help in tackling specific issues. Let’s take a look at some of them.

1. Keeps allergies at bay

Seasonal allergies can affect a person’s quality of life to a great extent. Yet, this issue has not been treated with the attention it demands. Owing to this, most individuals tend to miss work, or simply suffer in silence, consuming high doses of antihistamines that make them feel sleepy all day.

The solution? Natural health supplements. A lot of ingredients found in nature can be harnessed to reduce or prevent allergic reactions well before they strike, as well as to treat them if they are currently a problem. For instance, bee pollen extracts, as well as Quercetin (a combination of bioflavonoids), have been used for many years to manage these symptoms.  They also boost your overall immune system.

2. Improves mood and eliminates stress

Stress is known as a “silent killer.” Chronic stress can lead to recurring headaches, digestive issues, frequent infections, and life-threatening cardiovascular disorders.

A paper published in 2012 postulates that natural interventions — such as consuming Ashwagandha capsules every day — significantly reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety in adults. This supplement is derived from an ancient medicinal herb that is also believed to boost fertility in men as well as improve brain function.  It is a commonly used herb in the Ayurvedic system of alternative medicine.

3. Might help in dealing with vision issues

Have a 9-to-5 job that requires you to sit in front of a computer all day? Then it might not be surprising that your eyes feel dry or burn after a particularly long day at work. This is where bilberry capsules might help. Various studies have indicated that Bilberry supplements can be very helpful in dealing with eye dryness and fatigue. Bilberry extracts have also shown promising results in improving overall eyesight, as well as addressing glaucoma symptoms.

4. Might alleviate symptoms of arthritis

If you suffer from recurrent bouts of pain, check for natural health supplements that have glucosamine and Cetyl Myristoleate. Glucosamine is a natural compound that is found in cartilage, and acts to cushion joints. Cetyl Myristoleate is a very effective natural anti-inflammatory substance.  As with other naturally occurring substances, it is not patentable, and thus is not advertised due to its limited profit potential.   These supplement ingredients should be helpful for both osteo-arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Note that if you have preexisting medical conditions, or are taking  medication, it is recommended that you check with your healthcare provider before adding supplements to your daily regimen.

Anti-Aging and Anti-Cancer Properties of Melatonin: Beyond the Sleep-Wake Cycle

Popularly known as the “sleep hormone” because of its ability to help you get a good night’s sleep, melatonin does so much more than regulate your body’s clock. The health benefits of the hormone are many, ranging from keeping your diabetes in check to maintaining good cardiovascular health. It even has anti-cancer and anti-aging properties. Furthermore, it aids an array of metabolic functions like strengthening your immune system and boosting your anti-inflammatory defenses.

The production of this hormone reduces as you age and this decline is directly related to the speeding up of the aging process and overall health deterioration. Let’s take a more detailed look at the many health benefits of melatonin:

Antioxidant Properties

Melatonin was discovered about 50 years ago and since then various studies have been conducted to determine its benefits for the human body. The antioxidant property of this molecule is one of its studied attributes. Research shows that it plays a significant role in strengthening the body’s ability to fight against free radicals that damage your cells. Research shows that melatonin is more effective in dealing with oxidative stress and damage than vitamins C or E. Diseases resulting from free radicals, like Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), and Sepsis have responded positively to enhanced levels of melatonin.

Anticarcinogenic Properties

Research shows that Melatonin is also anticarcinogenic, meaning that it aids in preventing cancer. It also helps stop the growth and multiplication of cancer cells, and aids is promoting the natural cell death of cancerous cells.

4 Vitamins To Take For Healthy and Glowing Skin

Skincare should always be an indispensable part of your health regimen. After all, the skin is the largest organ of the body that plays a crucial role in many bodily functions as well as your appearance. One of the things that skin experts may recommend is to minimize exposure to the sun, as the UV rays from the sun damage your skin. Although this is true, you still need 10-15 minutes of the sun so that the body can produce Vitamin D throughout the skin.

Vitamin D helps keep your skin look youthful and healthy. However, Vitamin D alone doesn’t do much good. Many other vitamins also play a crucial role in keeping your skin healthy and youthful. Here are 4 vitamins that you should include in your diet, whether in the form of essential vitamin supplements or foods:

Vitamin C
Vitamin is a key ingredient found in anti-aging cream and other skincare products. Present at high levels in the epidermis, which is the outermost layer of skin, and dermis, the inner layer of skin, it helps in collagen production and has cancer-combating properties. Make sure your diet includes vitamin C if you want to keep your skin healthy and supple. You can also support your diet with essential vitamin supplements.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which helps fight against sun damage. This is why it’s a common ingredient in sun protection creams and other skincare products. When applied to the skin, it helps absorb the harmful ultraviolet rays and promotes photoprotection, which refers to the body’s ability to curb UV rays damage. Generally, the body produces this vitamin through sebum, which is an oily substance produced in the skin. Sebum keeps the skin moisturized and prevents dryness. If you have dry skin, consuming vitamin E supplements bought from a reliable vitamin & supplement online store can boost sebum production and keep your skin conditioned.

Vitamin K
Vitamin K’s primary function is to help the body’s process of blood clotting, which is necessary for healing cuts, wounds, bruises. But it is also helpful in preventing certain skin conditions such as dark spots, stretch marks, spider veins, scars, and others. Many skincare products that claim to reduce dark spots and scars have Vitamin K as one of the essential ingredients. What’s more, after surgery, many surgeons recommend applying a cream that contains Vitamin K to stitches to help reduce swelling and scar formation. If you want to keep your skin smooth and spot-free, consider increasing your uptake of Vitamin K through essential vitamin supplements.

Final Note
Since vitamins are crucial for skin health, vitamin deficiency can also lead to certain skin conditions, which require medical treatment. This is why it’s of paramount importance that you pay attention to your vitamin intake and support your diet with essential vitamin supplements.

If you are looking for a vitamin & supplement online store to buy targeted supplements, feel free to explore our store and choose from a variety of products manufactured to optimize your health.
