NHSC recommendations for Osteoporosis
Primary recommendations:

The Weintraub study, a 47 hospital, double-blind study centered at the Medical College of New York, has shown the beneficial effects of the magnetic shoe inserts on neuropathic pain (i.e.: neuropathy).

Recommendation: Eliminate coffee and diet drinks from your diet. Evidence shows that both regular and decaffeinated coffee, and diet drinks increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures by nearly 70%. Substitute green tea instead of coffee.
