Return Policy

A. Unopened items that are returned within 30 days of receipt may be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided that you:

  • Call our customer service center at (423) 968-1536 to request a Return Authorization,
  • Send a copy of your invoice, and
  • Send a written reason for the return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Unopened products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee.

B. Nutritional Supplements, once opened - if you are not completely satisfied after opening the supplement package:

  • Call our customer service center at (423) 968-1536 to request a Return Authorization within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return the unused portion of the supplements in their original packaging.
  • Enclose a written explanation of why you were not satisfied with the product.
  • We will promptly give you merchandise credit toward any other products we offer.
  • Only one opened package of any particular product is eligible for return from each customer.
  • Be sure to return your opened products within 30 days of when you receive your return authorization.
  • C. Sleep Systems -

    For full sleep systems, which include a magnetic mattress pad, a Far Infra-red comforter and one or more magnetic pillows, we offer a 70% refund on the mattress pad and comforter after 90 days of use (required), so long as the product use recommendations and instructions were followed, and the return is made before 110 days have elapsed from time of purchase. Only one sleep system may be on trial in a household at any particular time. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept the return of pillows, due to their personal nature. To return a sleep system:

    • Call our customer service center at (423) 968-1536 to request a Return Authorization,
    • Send a copy of your invoice, and
    • Send a written reason for the return.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Please note that we cannot take back mattress pads or comforters that have been soiled or damaged.
    D. All other products –

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to take back any other products once they have been used. For most of our products, you should be able to confirm at least some of their physiologic benefits prior to use. Please click here for a list of simple demonstrations that can help you confirm the benefits of specific products before you start to use them. You are welcome to call our customer service center at (423) 968-1536 if you need help or advice regarding these tests.

    The Natural Health Solutions Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any returns that do not comply with these requirements. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
