We offer a 90 day warranty on materials and workmanship for all of our products. If you discover a defect in either the materials used or the workmanship of one of our products, please call our customer service department at (423) 968-1536 for a return authorization. We will be happy to ship you a replacement product at our expense.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with one or more of our products for reasons other than materials or workmanship, please call (423) 968-1536 to let us know the reason for your return, and to receive a return materials authorization. We will refund your purchase price up to 90 days following the date of your purchase, or ship an alternate product, as you prefer. We will not able to refund shipping costs.
